- Go one day a week with no soda for at least three months
- Track daily calories and exercise on Sparkspeople for 2 months
Write a list of power phrases to read daily and revise when necessary(completed 9/16/11)- Write a new power phrase 3 times a week.

- Get dressed and put on makeup M-F for two weeks (I work in PJ's too often)
